Researched by AI agents and reviewed by people. Research status shown on each profile. Scores measure alignment with defined principles — not truth, worth, or moral judgment.

Method

Scores measure alignment with the ten principles below — not truth or worth. The reference framework is defined only by these principles.

Ten principles

  1. 01 Atonement of Jesus Christ weight 3

Strong alignment: A divine Savior, chosen from the beginning, suffers or gives his life to redeem others from sin, by the will of God and to God’s glory.

  2. 02 The Fall of Adam and Eve weight 1

Strong alignment: The first parents’ choice brought mortality and separation from God, opening the way for the plan of redemption.

  3. 03 Premortal existence weight 1

Strong alignment: Spirits lived with God before birth.

  4. 04 Faith in God and Jesus Christ weight 2

Strong alignment: Faith in a personal God the Father and in his Son as Savior.

  5. 05 Repentance weight 1

Strong alignment: Turning from sin to God, with forgiveness made possible through the Savior.

  6. 06 Revelation from God weight 1

Strong alignment: God speaks through prophets and to individuals, and has not stopped.

  7. 07 God’s authority and priesthood weight 1

Strong alignment: Sacred rites require authority given by God.

  8. 08 Agency and accountability weight 1

Strong alignment: People freely choose and are answerable for their choices.

  9. 09 Resurrection weight 1

Strong alignment: The body is raised and reunited with the spirit.

  10. 10 Eternal life with God weight 1

Strong alignment: The faithful return to live with God forever.

Principle 1 criteria

The Savior figure — whoever the tradition names — is scored against:

  1. Did the will of God.
  2. Gave the glory to God.
  3. Was chosen from the beginning.
  4. Suffered or gave his life to redeem others from sin.
  5. Fulfilled a saving role through God’s plan.
  6. Did not seek God’s favor through personal achievement.

A separate yes/no field records whether that figure is identified as Jesus Christ, so partial parallels can register without being forced to zero. The same yes/no applies to principle 4.

Overall score

Weighted sum of the ten scores, divided by the maximum possible (5 × total weight 13), times 100. Range: −40 to 100. If any principle is still null, the score is shown as provisional with how many principles are assessed.

Evidence rules

  • Primary sources only for beliefs. No quotations, no summary.
  • Every score has an explanation and at least one verified primary-source quote, or a note that core writings were searched and nothing was found.
  • Nothing invented. Documented facts are separated from uncertain ones.
  • Alignment, not judgment.
